EDR-LEAP (Local Economic Assessment Package) is a web-based system designed to help economic developers to: (a) assess area strengths and weaknesses, (b) diagnose critical factors affecting economic growth and identify feasible business targets, and (c) evaluate impacts of potential policy actions for enhancing economic development. It is also designed to help planners to: (d) identify economic development opportunities associated with transportation improvements.
